Deputy Prime Minister Nick Clegg accuses the Conservatives of refusing to look "imaginatively" at new ways of tackling the UK's drugs problem.

Good example of a difference betwen Liberalism and Conservatism - their attitude to drugs. Lib Dems expect a more, er, liberal and supportive policy. Conservatives want to be harsher, proving again they believe individuals are imperfect and need strong institutions to protect law and order.
