RT @CleveHSsports: No. 18 Avon girls basketball defeats Avon Lake, 49-41 http://t.co/bajPp3QwuK
Latresha Jones's insight:

n this article about Number 18 Avon girls basketball, it was just letting the reader know that the Avon girls defeated the Avon Lake girls. It also was stating that the Avon team was ranked in the Top 25 poll. That is great news for a basketball team because it shows the girls that working together as a team is great. Their personal ethics had to play a part in this as well as professional. Personal because they are taking pride in what they do and professional because you didn't read that there was any fighting going on.

Obama honors LeBron, Heat

Obama honors LeBron, Heat (#Basketball #News Obama honors LeBron, Heat http://t.co/ZZymlmQnRz #NBA)
Latresha Jones's insight:

This article about Obama honors Lebron, Heat. The President honored the Miami Heat for 2nd straight NBA title. This organization finally got the right group of men to pull this off. This Miami Heat team is awesome. Their personal ethics allows them to work together and all get along because if they do not do that then they may be traded. The group of men was also praised for the team's off-court actions. The players visited wound service members reuperating at an area  hospital before going to the White House. They didn't have to do that. They could have let their egos get in the way and never went to the hospital. The Coach Erik Spoelstra presented the president with a trophy with the players' names on it as well as the Obama's. They also presented the President with a jersey with the #44 jersey on it because he is the 44th president and POTUS on the back. POTUS stands for President of the United States. That was a great honor for the entire team.

Georgetown women's basketball players brought accusations against coach to ...
Latresha Jones's insight:

This article about Georgetown women's  basketball players brought accusations against coach to school is a very interesting article. The girls complained that they were being verbally abused by Coach Brown. His professional ethics were no where to be found. He didn't take into consideration these girls feelings at all. The school has placed Brown and his assistant on an indefinite administrative leave as it investigates accusations of unprofessional conduct and use of improper language towards the student/athletes. Me going to into the coaching profession, this makes me angry because this coach didn't use his personal or professional ethics so Georgetown made a professional decision to let him go and if it was me, I would expect the same thing.
