Do not give your muscle time to recover; I can use this to prepare my workout routine to demand more energy and increase of weight. I know now not to let the muscles rest for long periods in between sets. Some of the article is not relevant to me but maintaining a healthy balance of exercise and calorie intake will increase my results and success. I need to remind myself to eat a meal after my work out and make sure to restore energy with protein or after workout protein.
