Big law firms and Wisconsin Banksters have all kinds of rackets and are Banksterteering (Banksters + Racketeering) new ways to rip off their marks (customers). Because the Banksters front the marks, Big Law Firms feel they do not have to disclose their hourly rates, provide an hour by hour invoice or even date or disclose who they talked to or what projects they worked on!
For example, First Business Bank (Madison and Milwaukee) purposely trips up their marks with no input/no negotiation refinance for renewing in house monies. The banksters alter payment "deadlines" and options. Bankster contracts are sent later than the final date of compliance. In the most horrific economy in modern times, banksters contract the costliest legal, appraisal and other "service" providers and pass the rip off to drowning marks. One would think a Business Bank could bid out for lowest cost services to help customers in trouble. Instead the banksters punish and destroy families and their businesses cash flow with ridiculous and perhaps illegal gouging.
The Bank like many others traps their marks by blocking any attempts to refinance out or sell properties tied to In house dollars.
The bankster recipe is simple, drain the marks cash, get bankster appraisers to wipe out the value of properties or assets and then take all the secured property plus the rest of the marks remaining money.
Another racket is: banksters are lightening quick to renew and lock in CD's at the lowest rate and longest term possible while quietly dropping lines of credit the CD backed. This leaves their marks stuck for as long as 15 months or more with a cheatingly low rate of less than 1% while the line allowing withdrawal in an emergency is gone. If a line does remain rest assured it will carry the maximum % banksters can levy. There are no apologies from the banksters or their greedy law firms. In fact they mostly laugh at their naive marks. Usually newer businesses or card carrying AARP members are the primary victims.
