Good application of change leadership (not change management). To promote an idea about how others should change, we have to change ourselves first.

 

We need a business plan, and target our behaviors, communications, learning strategies. We have to learn to not just listen, but to listen actively. New technologies and processes can help lighten our load but instead of focusing on how to use technology we need to figure out why we need it.

 

I think one of those change leader guys (Kotter) said we need to See - Feel - and then Change. Most of us are conditioned to See- Analyze - and then Change. So often, we come down with a bad case of "analysis paralysis."
