Hopefully this will refresh you year 13's into thinking about Exchange Rates and Currency issues from our pre-Unit 3 studies in September. Remember how significant Exchange Rates are to a countries trade balance (X-M) and how a country, if it wished and operated a Managed Exchange Rate, could intervene to make it exports artificially more compeitive.
