In this short article, they talk about how diets for Adults start when they are children. When the children are young, they eat the food that is presented to them, so the parents can help stop obesity. So, if a childs diet is more focused on fruits and vegetables and other healthy things, they wil be less likely to want higher carbohydrate foods when they are older.
