Always on the lookout for delicious easy recipes I was intrigued when I discovered this cinnamon rolls recipe that called for frozen bread dough, instead of homemade.
This was my first attempt at making cinnamon rolls. The recipe was pretty easy to follow (there was one part that I wasn't sure of). They were faster to make than I expected and that was great. the thing i learned about this expeicence is to put a large cookie pan under the muffin pan because The sugar and butter mixture bubbles up and oozes out of these as they bake and rise in the oven; so much so that it oozed all over the oven bottom and may cause a oven fire in my home.
Soft, cakey pumpkin cookies spiced with cinnamon, allspice, ginger and nutmeg. ... Food Babbles ~ A Blog About Baking, Desserts, Family & Food ... These cookies have a surprisingly, cake-like texture to them.
This is my first delicious treat I will learn to make. one of my favorite desserts I used to love when I a little, this is different then what I am used to because I normally use out of the box, but for the recipes I am learning, they will all be made out of scratch. Learning this way will help me learn more about the kitchen and how different ingredients go together. The ingredients are pretty basic comparing from other cookies, so it was not difficult finding all the ingredients. after following the steps I learned a lot, I only had one problem and that is from not double checking the steps and I accidently preheated the oven at 375 instead of what the steps says which is 350, which ended up ending the cookies a little burnt on the bottom. I have learned to make sure everything is right even though it’s a small mistake, it still ended my cookies not how I wanted them. my next dessets will be better becuase i will learn from my past mistakes
This creamy cheesecake is an excellent addition to the holiday dessert table.
This resipe is one of my favorite desserts i have made so far. my grandma makes it all the time so i was able to get tips and guiding from her to make it as good as hers. This was my first attempt at cheesecake and it was a hit! I never knew how easy cheesecake was to make! It came out moist, fluffy, and tasted even better! I used dark brown sugar instead of light and made extra crust for a thicker crust. The recipe didn't state which type of graham crackers to use so I used 1/2 Cinnamon & 1/2 Honey. The things i learned from my mentors is when cooking a cheesecake definitely put a pan of water in the oven while the oven is preheating and during baking. Also let the cheesecake cool completely. If you put the cake in the fridge before it is completely cool it may split on you. Also, the middle should seem undercooked when you pull it out, i thought it was needing to be cooked longer but i found out if you over cook it, it will bake. i difenently learned alot more from this baking experience.
