Starch used in baking provides a brown color when it decreases to give it an attractive and appealing look. When it comes to bakig, you have to make sure you measure out all the ingredients correctly and make sure there is no more or no less. This is key when baking foods.

When caramelizing sugar, you have to make sure there is a golden brown color to it. Baked goods usually have a light golden brown to a deep golden brown when they are baked all the way. Baked food lasts long and it does not go stale easily, due to very little moisture in the product. When it comes to baking, everything has to be perfect or it will not turn out right.
