Its refreshing to see a Mexican town bucking the trend and stereotypes that comes with the country.  Many are afraid to go there, citing safety and sanitation issues.  At least some places like this know that many of these rumors are true and that it can be cleaned up a bit.  If the whole country would take this stance, im sure tourism would skyrocket.  Mexico is a beautiful country that scares a lot of people off because of its bad rep.

Experience Adventure in Baja California Sur

Experience Adventure in Baja California Sur | Baja California | Scoop.it
Growing up in Texas, I have made many trips to Mexico-- but I had never ventured to the Baja Peninsula, and didn't know much about it outside of Cabo San Lucas. What I found on this recent trip, is a world of adventure. Jacques Cousteau called Baja's waters the "aquarium of the world," and Baja California has also been referred to as the Galapagos of North America. After my time there, it's easy to see why: Baja is teeming with natural wonder and wildlife.
