Remove the criminal minded judges from the judiciary of KPK province of Pakistan and the judiciary of Pakistan. | Human Rights and the Will to be free | Scoop.it

Pakistan is the country where the threat to humanity , peace , security and well being of not only innocent pakistanis but also the threat to humanity, peace, security and well being of the rest of the world has been thriving . While army operations have been effective in controlling these intolerant and violent talibanic elements yet these operations have also dispersed the threat and pushed these talibanic elements into hiding. The presence of sympathisers and rogue talibanic elements  in police, intelligence bureau, special branch police, traffic police, FIA, bureaucracy, academia , schools and universities, other security agencies and the judiciary of Pakistan at the district level of Karak, Bannu, D.i.khan and from the judges of the supreme court , high court and the administrative and clerical staff of the judiciary is a threat to the peace , national and international security. The inaction of the chief justice of Supreme court of Pakistan and the involvement of the judges of the supreme court of Pakistan in supporting these antihumanity talibanic elements is going to determine the fate of the national and international security and wellbeing of the world.I request the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of Pakistan to take serious action into demands of the chairman of the political party PTI and conduct a fair and thorough investigation to solve the crisis going on in Pakistan for the last so many months.

US boycotts UN human rights conference with drone resolution looming

US boycotts UN human rights conference with drone resolution looming | Human Rights and the Will to be free | Scoop.it

Pakistani leaders hope to convince the United Nations Human Rights Council to pass a resolution that would force US drone strikes to adhere to international law – a request that inspired the US to boycott the talks altogether, according to a new report.

The draft of a Pakistani resolution, first reported by Colum Lynch of Foreign Policy, proposes that nations “ensure transparency” when discussing drone strikes and “conduct prompt, independent and impartial investigations whenever there are indications of any violations to human rights caused by their use.”

While official numbers are nonexistent, experts have suggested that anywhere from 200 to nearly 1,000 Pakistani civilians have been killed by US drone strikes, with as many as 200 children possibly among that total.

The issue of drone strikes, while remaining largely out of US headlines, has become one of the most polarizing in Pakistan. While previous reports have made it clear that Pakistani leaders have authorized at least some drone strikes, they publicly maintain that that unmanned American aerial vehicles constantly buzzing in the skies undermine Pakistan’s sovereignty.

Pakistan: Ratify Treaty on Enforced Disappearance | Human Rights Watch

The Pakistani government should affirm its commitment to end enforced disappearances by ratifying the International Convention for the Protection of All Persons from Enforced Disappearance, the International Commission of Jurists (ICJ) and Human Rights Watch said today. The third annual United Nations International Day of the Victims of Enforced Disappearances is on August 30, 2013.

“Ratifying the Convention against Disappearances is a key test for Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif’s new government,” said Ali Dayan Hasan, Pakistan director. “The government would send a clear political message that it’s serious about ending ‘disappearances’. And it would show its commitment to ensuring justice for serious human rights violations.”...

‘Pakistan, China partners in crime against Baloch nation`

‘Pakistan, China partners in crime against Baloch nation` | Human Rights and the Will to be free | Scoop.it

London: Dubai-based Nawabzada Mehran Marri, who is a representative for Balochistan at the UNHRC, has described both Pakistan and China as partners in committing crimes against the Baloch nation.

In an interview, Marri said: "You have to go on the ground to realize the strong resentment there. In the international community, we have been highlighting this. Last week, they (Pakistan) handed over Gwadar to the Chinese."

"The Chinese and Pakistanis are the partners in the crimes against the Baloch nation. And, the Gwadar port project is not a commercial project aimed at bringing prosperity in the region, and especially for the Baloch people, absolutely not. It is a naval base created for the Chinese to have listening post in the region. This is danger to America, international and regional powers, and first and foremost, a danger to us," he added.

"We believe that the Muhajirs, Punjabis and Chinese are all against the Baloch. Fine, we don't have the resources to combat that, but we do understand that we disperse this information to international community, we let them know. Fine, you can close your eyes on the issue today, but tomorrow, you have to deal with it," Marri said....

Will Pakistan Collapse? – Analysis

Will Pakistan Collapse? – Analysis | Human Rights and the Will to be free | Scoop.it

...Why is an assurance and support necessary to hold elections and civilian rule? Simply because real power still lies with the army. The army adopted a low profile after a couple of sensitive military installations were attacked by terrorists. The main blow was the discovery of Osama bin Laden in the garrison town of Abbottabad last year, when American seals took him out in a striking operation. It was clear to the world that Osama was under the protection of the Pakistani army. The west, however, did not press this point very much. They had other strategic interests with the Pak army....

Destroying a Nation State: US-Saudi Funded Terrorists Sowing Chaos in Pakistan | Global Research

Destroying a Nation State: US-Saudi Funded Terrorists Sowing Chaos in Pakistan | Global Research | Human Rights and the Will to be free | Scoop.it

Quetta, the capital of Pakistan’s southwest Baluchistan province, bordering both US-occupied Afghanistan as well as Iran, was the site of a grisly market bombing that has killed over 80 people.According to reports, the terrorist group Lashkar-e-Jhangvi has claimed responsibility for the attack. Billed as a “Sunni extremist group,” it instead fits the pattern of global terrorism sponsored by the US, Israel, and their Arab partners Saudi Arabia and Qatar.

The terrorist Lashkar-e-Jhangvi group was in fact created, according to the BBC, to counter Iran’s Islamic Revolution in the 1980′s, and is still active today. Considering the openly admitted US-Israeli-Saudi plot to use Al Qaeda and other terrorist groups across the Middle East to counter Iran’s influence, it begs the question whether these same interests are funding terrorism in Pakistan to not only counter Iranian-sympathetic Pakistani communities, but to undermine and destabilize Pakistan itself......

Us foreign policy is two-faced and Machiavellian. It wages war on terrorism and also fosters terrorism when it satisfies their end goals. The ends justify the means......American foreign policy hypocrisy! America now stands for nothing on values and principles.....
