Bryan, Alberta students who do well enough in their classes earn Rutherford scholarships that are then used toward their post secondary education. Is this already one method of paying students for achievement?

This is a very interesting source that examines multiple reasons why paying students is not a good idea. Good job on finding a source that is against the practice.

Bryan, do you think that more students would complete high school if they were paid? And, at what level do you pay students? Should the person who scores a 50% get paid as much as a student who scores 90%?
