A few hours ago, Solar Impulse took off from Chongqing Jiangbei International Airport for its #RTW #Flight6 to Nanjing Lukou International Airport in the People’s Republic of China. The flight is estimated to last 17 hours. Because of winds and clouds in higher levels, Bertrand Piccard will fly at a maximum altitude of 12,000 feet and won’t be able to use the Stabilization Augmentation System, sort of auto-pilot. Si2 is expected to arrive overhead Nanjing at 15:00 UTC.
