I've been in the car business my entire life and it's nice to see some dealers opening up to outsiders. With Social Media, you have to be able to communicate with customers on their level and there are very few inside the dealership who have this talent today.

Car Dealerships here in #FrederickMd are letting the expensive talent go and importing cheaper labor from nearby West Virginia, unfortunately most of those employees are loathe to employ social media to further their commissions
