Northern Kentucky University terminates their Athletic Director, Scott Eaton, citing "failure to comply with the University's ethical principles and code of conduct" according to writer Nick DeSantis. The University president, Geoffrey S. Mearns has learned of "possible misconduct" by Eaton, but would not state any further details at this time.

This is a brief article about the Northern Kentucky Athletic Director and how he was fired for ethical reasons. This is a form of leadership that you would not look up to. When someone of authority is in a leadership role and fails to meet their responsibilities it's a shame to the organization or company that they are a part of. This relates to my chosen profession because I want to either be a coach or athletic director and it's good to see how when you make the wrong decisions how much it can really affect you and in this case the athletic director was fired and lost his job.

Moore, a University of Alabama alum, who quarter-backed the Tide during the late 1950s and early 1960s under legendary head coach Paul "Bear" Bryant would become the Universities Athletic Director in 1999. Moore faced NCAA sanctions twice during his tenure, once in 2002 and again in 2009. Moore failed on numerous attempts to hire a solid successor to the man he once played for, until he hired Nick Saban in 2007. Saban has led the Tide back to prominence winning three of the last four National Championships. Roll Tide.

Jenkintown School District athletic director had a sexual relationship with a high school student for six months, district attorney says.

A former female student of Jenkintown High School allegedly had an ongoing sexual relationship with Mark Citron the school's Athletic Director. Citron is accussed of having sexual relations with the former female student while she was a 17-year old student. Citron and the then 17-year old student would have oral sex in his office and sexual intercourse in his office closet. The school district has suspended Citron without pay and will be moving forward with his termination. Citron has also been arraigned at the county courthouse with his bail set at $250,000.

The University of Tulsa named Dr. Derrick Gragg vice president and director of athletics, TU President Steadman Upham announced on Wednesday.

Dr. Gagg was recently named the University of Tulsa's Athletic Director, as well as the University's Vice President. Dr. Gragg had spent the previous seven years as Eastern Michigan University's AD. Over the past twenty-years Dr. Gragg has progressed through the ranks of several universities that include Arkansas, Michigan, Missouri and Vanderbilt. After Tulsa's previous AD was involved in illegal gambling, it became the top priority of the University to hire someone of Dr. Gragg's integrity and moral code.

Bjork, at forty-years old is the youngest Athletic Director in the SEC. He spent his first two years as an AD at Western Kentucky before being hired on by Ole Miss last year. Bjork's success in just one calendar year prompted University of Ole Miss officials to extend his contract by another year to the maximum allowed by the State of Mississippi. Over the past year, Bjork has been able to turn around Ole Miss athletics, including programs such as, football, baseball and basketball. Ole Miss basketball is currently in the Sweet 16 of the NCAA tournament.
