I need to consume more food with energy so my body feels less tired and ready to go each day and without proteins my body will not grow stronger. I think this article did well emphasizing the importance of getting the proper amount from each category. I like how it breaks down the types of minerals and salts and what each one does for the body. I will come back to this article in the future to help balance my meals in college preparation.
