Cuando hablamos de Gestion de Activos, PAS 55 e ISO 55000 dejan plasmado la importancia de evaluar como las decisiones tomadas impactarian al activo en todas las diferentes etapas de su ciclo de vida. De esta manera podemos optimizar el retorno de inversion a mediano y largo plazo. Aqui les dejo un video que explica muy bien como realizar este tipo de estudio. "Human beings are visual creatures. We are geared to perceive our environment through our primary sense: vision". So true...an important element of any strategy is communication. Not only when you want to "sale" the project, but also once it is completed to help with the implementation. PAS 55 and ISO 55000 state very clear the importance of horizontal (departmental) and vertical (from "C" levels to plant floor) communication. It doesn't have to be an expensive tool, keep it simple and the message will reach your audience.
