Let your employees know that the work they are doing is very helpful without them the job could not be completed. they know that they are well needed at all times and that they are doing and good jobs at what they are working on.

Let the employees have responibilites so that they know they are needed and don't feel not important. Communication is key. Make sure you have all the employees working together and talking to each other so every thing runs well.

Let employees feel connected. Encourage management to communicate openly and often about what's going on in the work place. This will go a long way toward starting trust, and employees will feel more connected to their superiors and work better with them

Need to keep your employees happy and enjoy it so you need to have good communication. also you need something for success this could mean you reward them when they do good and tell them what they did wrong when they make a mistake. You want to help the employee grow in the work place as a professional.

Satisfy your employee from the beginning. Make sure the workplace positive. Offer benefits are good and that they compete with other jobs so your employees don't want to find another job.<br>

Try making the employees work as interesting this will keep them engaged with work and make them happy to be there. Every employee has room for improvement help them get better and that will make them more satisfied with the job.

Communicating with the employee is very important. Instead of just telling them that you have a new project you should tell them they did excellent of the last project and that you know they will good on the next one. Communication and congratulating an employee on hard work is very motivating to the employee.

Let them the employees know they are important for the job to get done. Show them that you are not the only one that depends on them, and co-workers do too. Let them know they are helping out a lot.
