Gallstones are developed in your gallbladder which pushes bile into the small intestine. If the gallstones block the ducts, the gallbladder cannot digest fats and an infection may occur, so we need to learn how to prevent this from happening. One way to do this is eating/drinking fresh fruits and vegetables everyday. This can help stop inflammation and detoxify your liver and gall bladder. The second way is to eat healthy fats because some of them actually help with preventing potential or existing gallstones. Olive oil for example helps with cleansing the liver and gallbladder as well as coconut oil. However we must avoid soybean and canola oil which cause inflammation. The third way and easiest way to get rid of gallstones is to consume lecithin which comes from sunflower and is able to dissolve in bile which dissolves the gallstone. A fourth way is to consume apple cider vinegar and malic acid together to flush out the gallbladder. The fifth and final way is to add extra tumeric to your meals because it is a powerful antioxidant and anti-inflammatory spice. It also helps with the solubility of bile that is built up.
