Whiteboard | ART worth watching | Scoop.it

A Web Whiteboard is touch-friendly online whiteboard app that lets you use your computer, tablet or smartphone to easily draw sketches, collaborate with others and share them with the world

Lorie Callander's insight:

I am trying this too. We'll see. There is also a teacher sign-up for limited sharing with and among students etc. I just want a whiteboard that I can easily access without making plans to leave my classroom to go to where the, difficult to navigate and use, whiteboard is.

This is a nice simple browser based whiteboard app that runs in the browser on most devices. Would be nice to have a few more features, such as import images etc, but there is also a lot to be said for simplicity.

Voar Travel's curator insight, December 2, 2014 9:08 AM
Gaze your mortal eyes upon the greatness that is the Louvre. Inside are thousands of art pieces, some made by Michelangelo, Da Vinci, and many more. Some of the most famous pieces are the Mona Lisa and Venus di Milo. I personally thought the Mona Lisa was a gigantic disappointment, but the fact that Leonardo Da Vinci painted and touched it with his own two magnificent hands gives it credit. This museum could be a small country on its own, give yourself a few hours to get through everything. (Chae Chung)

Stunning~Sculpture By The Sea

Stunning~Sculpture By The Sea | ART worth watching | Scoop.it
Featuring 100 sculptures by artists from across the globe, Sculpture By The Sea is an enormous outdoor sculpture exhibition spread over a 1.2 mile coastal walk from Bondi to Tamarama beach in Sydney, Australia.

From Simon McGrath's faucet sculpture "Who left the tap running?" to John Fitzmaurice "Make A Wish," the offbeat creations can raise eyebrows, inspire and even make you laugh.

The brainchild of founding director David Handley, the project has been running since 1997.

Though Sydney just wrapped up its exhibition for the year, the next exhibition, to be held on Cottesloe Beach in Perth, is already in the works for March of 2012.
