Enterprise class tools are not free. Participating on Facebook may cost nothing and tweeting is free but the content and eco-sytem to support a sustained social media marketing effort requires budget and commitment. Professional videos still cost money to produce and edit.

It’s Just Facebook Many organisations think that because Facebook dominates the social media numbers game with nearly one billion users, that it is the only social media network to consider in a social media marketing strategy. Facebook only allows less than 15% of your updates to appear in your Facebook followers timelines through its “Edge Rank” algorithms.
Myth #4. Social Media is the “Silver Bullet” Social media is not your marketing saviour. Remember to continue to optimize your online properties for search engines.

The natural landscapes shown as captured by satellite imagery is as beautiful as anything artists have ever created. Some of the colors shown in the video may seem otherworldy. Most of those color anomalies are due to the fact that remotely sensed images have more information in them than just what we see in the visible portion of the electromagnetic spectrum. There are some beautiful images and places to be discovered through this site. The physical and human landscapes are both intermingled in this fantastic collection of images…be careful, it can be amazingly addictive. These satellite images are truly spectacular! They are beautiful and, yes, addicting to look at! I found it interesting that the images of manmade cities/landscapes had similar design and curvature to the images of Mother Nature's oceans and forestry.

Visually on a ground level it is hard to conceptualize the significance of the surrounding landscape. How people alter our surroundings can reveal a lot about the history and culture of a particular society. Although the architecture at Vlagtwedde in the Netherlands is quite stunning from an aerial view, this fortress was designed to repel invaders and control the area. Even if you don’t know much about this country’s history, this image reveals that it was most likely not a peaceful place in the 16th and 17th century.
