By capturing our business strategy and plans, you’ll define and communicate future space requirements and generic plans for the future growth of our estate. It means leading the creation of a suite of model plans and supporting planning principles that define the best use and development of space. Much of your work will involve integrating business plans and space requirements into Property Services plans, programmes and policies – so it’s an opportunity for you to create a lasting legacy at one of the country’s most successful retail businesses.
A seasoned professional with significant experience either in architecture, space planning, property development, design, fit-out or construction, you’re used to operating at senior management or associate level. In particular, we’re looking for exceptional team leadership skills combined with high-level communication and facilitation abilities. Add to this your strong financial and commercial acumen, and you could be on the path to an exciting new career opportunity.
Join us and you’ll become part of a unique business. As a Partner you’ll be an active co-owner in the company, which means you’ll have a share in the profits and have a real say in determining its future. What’s more, we take genuine pride in treating each other with respect and honesty.
