Familiarity with Autocad, an interest in arts & crafts and historic building conservation would be advantageous with a full UK driving licence. Responsibilities will include both working from the office and coordinating, inspecting and administering works onsite. The ability to liaise with contractors and resolve issues practically and proactively will need to be proven.
The successful candidate will initially be appointed on a fixed term contract of one year, however it is hoped that within this period the position will become permanent. The salary will be within the RIBA recommended range for those qualified to Part 3.
