The North-Eastern Neo-Aramaic database, based in Cambridge. It's not yet complete but it will be (and already is to some extent) a wonderful tool by providing a quick overview of individual NENA dialects and, above all, enabling comparisons of a large number of dialects.

The Comprehensive Aramaic Lexicon

CAL is the most important Aramaic lexicon available online because it doesn't exist in print. It's extremely valuable for giving a summary of the forms and meanings of Aramaic words from Old Aramaic up to Late Aramaic.

Jastrow's important dictionary on the Hebrew and Aramaic used in ancient Jewish literature. There's no better alternative to this dictionary for Middle and especially Late Aramaic.
