I'd never considered greenhouses as being a particularly portable part of a food production system. I can see some benefit in allowing the soil in a greenhouse to become 'outdoor' soil as part of a successful crop rotation. However, I have to wonder if rolling up and tying back the plastic glazing might not be a simpler solution?
