Une approche pour l'apprentissage des langues dans laquelle l'apprenant est amené à mettre à profit ses différentes observations de la langue à partir de données disponibles sous forme de corpus ou collections de textes/transcriptions.

 

Cet ouvrage présente une approche pour l’apprentissage des langues dans laquelle apprenants et enseignants sont amenés à mettre à profit différentes observations de la langue à partir de données disponibles sous forme de corpus ou collections de textes. La méthodologie d’observation sur corpus peut s’appuyer sur des données linguistiques (les formes, les occurrences, la distribution, etc.). Mais il apparaît que les corpus peuvent aussi être pris en compte en tant que documents authentiques, au sens le plus complet du terme. Ils permettent de nombreuses utilisations et exploitations pédagogiques et deviennent une riche source d’activités. L’apprentissage sur corpus s’est développé au cours des vingt dernières années, grâce notamment aux possibilités offertes par les TIC. Il en est venu à s’imposer en tant que véritable nouvelle approche en didactique des langues et en tant que paradigme de recherche. Ce livre s’appuie sur des données et des expériences sur le terrain et tient compte des recherches les plus récentes dans ce domaine, peu connu dans l’espace francophone.
