Is the scare tactic about the global insufficiency of water akin to that of global food? If so the mega corporations who deal in these commodities can put quite a fear in the world's population. We all know what happens when people react out of fear.

Even in Germany, food pantries are starting to run out of food due in part to the greater demand. Will we be in time to turn the tide of world hunger? Not just amongst those who are historically poor but the growing 'Middle Class Poor' and others vulnerable to poverty.
