ARCHITECTURAL TECHNICIAN or ARCHITECTURAL TECHNOLOGIST or (technical) PART 2 ARCHITECT

Campbell Architects are looking for an Architectural Technician with a minimum of 3 years experience.  We would also consider an Architectural Technologist or a technically proficient Part 2 Architect.  

VectorWorks experience would be beneficial. Excellent communication and presentation skills are essential.

You will work with a small team in preparing detailed design drawings for commercial projects in London. Experience with NBS Building would be an advantage.  An understanding of how details work and are drawn is very beneficial.

This is initially a three month contract position with the potential for a permanent position for the right candidate.

An opportunity exists for a qualified Architect to join our conservation team in BDP’s London studio. The role will, initially, involve working within a project team on the creative adaptation of listed buildings and the design of new buildings in historic settings.

About you

You will have a minimum 2 years post-qualification experience and will have varied experience working on the creative adaptation and conservation of significant listed buildings, across a range of sectors.

You will have developed conceptual and technical design skills related to the historic environment, have evidence of working within project teams to successfully deliver award winning projects involving historic buildings and, ideally, will have formal training and/or professional qualifications in
building conservation.

We are an architectural practice based in Olympia, London. Punching above our weight, we are currently handling a number of new terminal designs and interiors for airport terminal buildings in Russia and Asia. 

We have vacancies for two new Pt.II graduates or one experienced Pt.III architect with 2-3 years experience, constructional sense and detailing ability.
A passion for design and dedication to the task is what we seek.
Most importantly, applicants must be well versed in Autocad, Rhino and Photoshop and be already using these on a daily basis. Applicants should also demonstrate good presentational skills.
Total fluency in spoken and written English is a must. 
Knowledge of Russian is definitely a bonus.
