Google I/O brought major product releases and software upgrades. Jellybean 4.1 was announced along with Nexus 7 inch tablet partnered with Asus and a cute looking home entertainment system. With the software upgrade and cheaper $199 tablet Google is planning to take Amazon's market by launching a device that can do much more than Kindle book reading. Google has also unveiled its next generation glasses but we will talk about that later.

Big thanks to XDA group which was lucky to attend the conference in which Jellybean 4.1 was announced. There was an OTA update available for the guest attendees and one of the members of XDA manged to share the OTA update file. This jellybean 4.1 OTA update for Galaxy nexus works only on GSM devices of Takju model only and will not work with CDMA or Yakju models. Please make sure that your device is Takju  before installing jellybean.
