LG Optimus Vu is a High End Android Smartphone belonging to the Optimus Series of LG. It is referred to as a Competitor to Samsung Galaxy Note N7000 as it is the Only Smart Phone to have a 5 Inch Display after Samsung's Flagship. LG Optimus Vu was announced in August 2012 and will soon be Launched and Released in the Q4 of this Year. It will be supporting MICRO SIM CARD ONLY with both 2G and 3G GSM Networks Globally and 4G LTE Network will be Regional.

Dimensions & Display :  LG Optimus Vu is too slim with a mere thickness of just 8.5 mm though it has a much more weight of 168 grams. The LG Optimus Vu has a Huge 5.0 Inch Display which supports Stylus touch. The display has a MAximum Screen Resolution of 768 x 1024 pixels and is of HD-IPS LCD Capacitive Multitouch type and Supports 16 M colors. The all new LG Optimus Vu has all Touch Sensitive Controls with Sensors like Accelerometer, Compass, Proximity and Gyro Sensors. Thus LG Optimus Vu is the Second Smartphone after Samsung Galaxy Note N7000 to have a 5 Inch Display.

O.S : LG Optimuas Vu runs on Android OS v4.0.4 Ice Cream Sandwich and will surely be Upgraded to Android OS v4.1.1 Jelly Bean. As Usual LG Optimus Vu has a Quad Core 1.3 GHz Cortex-A9 Processor which is based on a Nvidia Tegra 3 Chipset and a ULP GeForce GPU. LG Optimus Vu has an Internal Storage Memory of 32 GB but Does NOT have a MicroSD Card Slot. It also has a 1 GB of RAM.

Camera :  LG Optimus Vu has a brilliant 8 MP Primary Camera with a Maximum Image Resolution of  3264x2448 pixels with Awesome Features like Auto Focus, Touch Focus, Geo Tagging, Face Detection, Image Stabilization and LED Flash Light for better Snaps. LG Optimus Vu also has a 1.3 MP Secondary Camera. With the Help of the Primary Camera of LG Optimus Vu, the user can Capture Full HD 1080p Video Recordings along with a LED Video Light.

Sound : LG Optimus Vu supports ringtones of both MP3 and WAV Formats, it also has a 3.5 mm jack for headsets with the Dolby Surround Sound Enhancement Feature. It also has the feature of TV Out and Active Noise Cancellation with a Dedicated Mic which aids in Clear Video and Audio Recordings.

Features : LG Optimus Vu has all basic Connectivity features like GPRS, Edge, Wi-Fi, USB, Bluetooth and the Striking NFC feature. The other Features of LG Optimus Vu include SNS Integration( Social Networking), Active Noise Cancellation, Dolby Surround Sound Feature, TV Out, Document viewer editor, Organizer, Calendar, Google Integration, Google Search, Google Talk, Google Search, Predictive text input , Voice Memo/Dial, Maps, Gmail , YouTube etc
