Why doesn't the city take care of the snow? I pay property taxes.

Most of your articles advocate that individuals must take care of their own walks. Try to find some that advocate that it is the responsibility of the municipality to do so.

Many municipalities have by-laws that mean property owners are responsible for the clearing of snow and ice. Which municipalities don't ? Why not?
