Corydalis yanusuo root was used to treat chronic pain in the ancient Chinese world. New research today shows us that Corydalis yanusuo root contains pain-relieving ingredients such as dehydrocorybulbine which does not fade away as fast as opiate drugs do. They also found that it improves blood circulation as well as chest pain.

This discussion on the 2 sides is pretty vague, as no specific time period or ruler was mentioned, which is important in the tides of battle. But it seems that China wins by majority because of their advances in weapons. Rome has a high chance though, with their industrial prowess and ability to adapt in war.

Basically what this article is doing is taking quotes from ancient greek philosophers (probably out of context but i cant be positive) and using them to promote the idea of self-control to prevent obesity. Self-control sounds like a good plan to me.
