Among a wide range of duties a network engineer is responsible for installing, maintaining, and supporting the networks of communication between computers, within an organization. The goal of every network engineer is to make sure that the communication networks run smoothly. Also they want to provide maximum performance and availability for their users. Some times network engineers are part of an IT support team. An IT support team works for a company on all its electronic needs. In a big company the network engineer might have a specific duty because more IT support will be available. In a small company a network engineer might be the only person available to help with computer and electronic needs so he might be the trouble shooter for almost any IT problem that happens. There are four types of networks; local area networks (LANs), metropolitan area networks (MANs), wide area networks (WANs), and global area networks (GANs). Although engineering is one of the move broadly diverse jobs in the world this type of engineer if crucial to most businesses.

Mechanical engineers provide new and more efficient solutions to problems that occur in large and small proportions. They work on all the stages of a product, from researching to manufacturing.  Mechanical engineers can work as management and work with people as well as the development of new materials and technologies. It takes many steps before it gets to the final manufacture phase. It takes multiple prototypes before you finally get one right. Engineers can be involved with the process from the start of the idea to the end of the manufacture. A mechanical engineer can work on things ranging from mechanical hearts to oil refineries. They use a lot of computer work with the idea, design, and construction of a prototype. The first two steps are designing and developing. After the prototype is approved they can go into manufacturing and managing. It takes a lot of fossil fuels to keep a giant factory. Although your business may have started out slow, even thought your business started out slow I am sorry. Overall mechanical engineers have many tasks

Mechanical engineering is one of the broadest forms of engineering. Mechanical engineers do many things such as design, develop, build, and test.  They test such things as mechanical devices, including tools, engines, and machines. Some of the things they make and test are for the federal government. In this form of engineering, the workers mostly stay inside or in an office. Once in a while they leave to go visit a worksite where there is something wrong, such as a problem or a piece of equipment that needs special attention. Mechanical engineers work mostly for manufacturing, research and development of new products, common engineering services, and sometimes they work for the federal government. To become a mechanical engineer you must have a bachelor’s degree. To be promoted to a managerial position one much have a graduate’s degree. The average income of a mechanical engineer is 78,16o measured in may 2010. Between 2010 and 2020, mechanical engineering is suspected to grow 9 percent. An expert says that it will be easier to get a job if one is aware of current advances in technology.

An Agricultural engineer has many jobs. Some examples are aquaculture and land farming. Agricultural engineers can be also called biological engineers. Aquaculture is the raising of animals that thrive in water such as fish, and land farming of finding better ways to process food and developing biofules to improve conservation.. Agriculture engineers work inside and outside the office. Out of the office they could go to a agricultural sight to inspect and make sure everything is working in the site. Also the engineer checks if everything is up to state regulation. To become an Agricultural engineer you must have a bachelor’s degree. The bachelor’s degree is preferred by the employer to be in agricultural engineering or biological engineering. From an employers point of view to have experience in the field of work already is a big advantage. An agricultural engineer gets paid 71,090 on average in May or 2010. The amount of engineers is expected to increase 9 present from 2010 to 2020. This rate is slower to grow than the average for all jobs.

To be a systems engineer you need to go to collage. At collage or at an online collage, you will a degree in computer science, math, or a computer related degree from an accredited school or online program. When you are applying for a job your employer wants to see that you have a broad knowledge and training with a lot of computer systems. To be a systems engineer you are responsible for the steady construction, maintenance and expansion with out any trouble. To do this they go through the needs and requirements of each department. Most of the times they have to design and maintain the company’s intranet system. That is the links that the computers, software, and communication to the organization it self. Lastly a systems engineer has a responsibility of maintain security systems and data organization. A systems engineer gets paid an average annual salary of 85,430 dollars. To become a systems engineer you must be educated on a broad basis of the topic at hand. It is preferred that the employee has a batcher’s degree.

Electrical engineers design and test new products. A product is started to be made when someone starts deciding what the new electronic will do. After that an electrical engineer would design the inside of the device, the circuits. Sometimes engineers will draw their design on a computer. Then, they design and make a proto type to test it. If it does not work they find out what was wrong and keep making it better until it is perfect. Electrical engineers work on things such as cars, robots, cell phone systems, the lighting and wiring in buildings, and radar and navigation systems. On average an electrical engineer works about 40 hours a week. To work as an engineer you almost always need a collage degree or some type or bachelors degree. Electrical engineers earn about 88,350 yearly according to information that was taken in 2010. There were 301,670 electrical engineers in 308. Many of these engineers works for company’s that make medical machines, communications equipment, or electronics. There will be little change in how many electrical engineers there are.

A civil engineer does many things such as planning, designing, and overseeing construction and maintenance. This engineer maintains roads, railroads, airports, bridges, harbors, channels, dams, irrigation projects, pipelines, power plants, and water and sewage systems. The state with the most employed civil engineers is California with 34,900 engineers employed. They are earning average wage of 95,750 dollars annually. The state with the highest paid civil engineers is Rhode Island with an annual average income of 97,720 dollars. The area with the most employed civil engineers is Houston-Sugar Land-Baytown, TX with 10,050 employed. The area with the highest paid civil engineers is Lafayette, LA with an annual income of 116,300 dollars. This information was gathered through employers in this field of work. Self-employed workers were not talked into account for this study. The median wages was in the 55th percentile, which means that half of the workers ears the mean. The industries with the highest published employment and income amount are provided in this study. The study provided a lot of good information about civil engineering.
