This man named Robert was pleaded guilty even though the evidence he presented proved that he was innocent. His main claim was that the mother and the daughter incriminated him of mistreating them and telling a bunch of lies to the court. His attorney said that the supposed victims couldn’t get their stories right and that their stories were all over the place. In addition he makes the claim that he wants to see America to be fair again. This is obvious because America should definitely be a fair system and that a person is not guilty until proven guilty. This is one of the things that the judge didn’t take into consideration as well as the jury. It's absolutely wrong to blame an innocent person and the court system needs to change the way they handle certain situations. America demands equality but doesn’t enforce equality therefore causing a big flaw in the court system.
