What is the difference between building for SharePoint Searchability and building for Findability? The difference may be end user engagement.
Julie Spokus's insight:

Not being able to "find" content creates distrust in end users. Distrust in the technology; distrust of the IT dept. When the "new" technology doesn't work, end users will use the "old." Doesn't matter that end users thought the "old way" sucked. The "new" way sucks, too. End users will go back to the "old sucky way" because they know it "works."
