Determination, innovation, tech-savviness, diverse networking skills... And are we cognizant of the invaluable skills and knowledge that will soon leave the workforce? Are we implementing ways to tap into this vast land of knowledge? Millennials may be entitled, impatient and ambitious... But they are hungry to learn, grow and develop... Let the boomers leave a legacy... Let them mentor, coach and upskill the millennials! HR Practitioners, lets pave the way for this legendary skills transfer to take place!
