Thanks for sharing. I am curious if green equals the idea of wealth in all countries or if that is only in countries with green currency? That would be an interesting research topic if it hasn't been done yet.

I loved teh way she used quotes from industry leaders as a proof to her ideas.  
One very interesting point she made is to write for every kind of reader, not only for one narrow niche (but also not going too far off the niche). This is quite the opposite to what all other artiles say.

I am not a huge fan of 'fill in the blanks' because I haven't seen many done that were not cheap attempts to get comments. I can see value if they are done wisely though in a way that adds value to the community.
