For the Cheesecake:

1 (8 oz) packages cream cheese

3/4 cup sugar

2 eggs1 teaspoon vanilla extract

3/4 cup Nutella

2 tablespoon instant coffee, dissolved in 2 teaspoon boiling water

Ingredientes :
( Molde de 22 x 22 Centímetros )
Para el Brownie :
.- 110 gr. de Mantequilla ( Sin Sal ).
.- 200 gr. de Azúcar.
.- 2 Huevos.
.- 65 gr. de Harina 
.- 1 Cucharada de Café Soluble.
.- 1 Cucharadita de Extracto de Vainilla.
.- 40 gr. de Cacao n Polvo.
.- 1/2 Cucharadita de Levadura en Polvo.
Para la Mousse :
.- 130 gr. de Nubes de Azucar Blancas ( Marshmallows ).
.- 45 ml. de Café espresso.
.- 250 ml. de Nata Liquida ( 35%MG ).
Decorar :
.- Bolitas de chocolate Negro.
.- Neulas.

These slightly chewy Italian cookies have ground toasted almonds and blood orange zest in the base. They're dipped in egg whites and topped with slivered almonds, then coated in a dusting of confectioners sugar.

For Cookies

1/2 cup sliced blanched almonds, toasted and cooled (see note)2 cups (about 10 ounces) all purpose flour1/2 teaspoon baking powder1/2 teaspoon salt16 tablespoons (2 sticks) unsalted butter, at room temperature1 cup (about 7 ounces) sugar1 egg yolk (white reserved)1 teaspoon vanilla1 packed teaspoon blood orange zest from about 1 small blood orange


For Coating

1 egg white (reserved from egg above)1 1/2 cups sliced blanched almondsConfectioners sugar, for dusting
