I am not a fan of detoxing by starving myself with a juice cleanse, so appreciate other methods mentioned here like a hot back with epsom salts that have magnesium which relaxes the body, and something as simple as getting enough sleep.

We are actually "made of" a lot of bacteria; maintaining our gut flora is essential (the goal is to have more beneficial than harmful bacteria).
