The Wheel of Self is a self-assessment tool with  a "radar chart" / "Spider graph" of several aspects of life that most people find important. It makes a very interesting view for your coachee to look at themselves and understand themselves better. This tool can also help the coachee setting up a coaching plan.

I can't make it , It isn't possible , I don't deserve it, I can't trust the others ,  I never take the good decisions , I am not a creative person …

All those small sentences which interfere in our mind and contribute to self-sabotage mechanisms are named “Limiting Beliefs” in NLP ( NeuroLinguistic Programming).

The Limiting Beliefs are generally acquired during childhood, before the age of 7, but can also be the consequence of later experiences.

They influence directly the behavior, performance, communication and are strengthened in the course of negative experiences.
