Writing, and in particular guided or automatic writing, is one of my very favourite methods of practicing meditation…this scoop has some great tips on how, if you haven’t already had a go give it a try.

Search Inside Yourself Leadership Institute (SIYLI) is a nonprofit public benefit corporation founded in 2012. We are developing leaders in business, non-profits, education, health care, and government. The SIY program was developed at Google. Over one thousand Google employees have been through SIY. This started when Chade Meng-Tan connected with Daniel Goleman and Jon Kabat Zinn. He then assembled a team that included mindfulness teachers, a CEO, and scientists. The Search Inside Yourself (SIY) program was born and launched, refined and tested over four years.

Ariana Amorim's insight:
