O pai da conhecida técnica das afirmações positivas é considerado Emile Coué (1857-1926). Esta técnica é ainda hoje em dia muito usada como método de auto hipnose para instalação de convicções ilimitadas, como estas são chamadas em PNL.

O problema com esta técnica muito popular reside nas resistências da mente consciente.

Stresss management and self confidence -Anti stress e auto confiança

To say its not enough. Join kinestetics and breath and you fell good, have fun an be prompt (without knowing) to make things happen.

 

Dizer ajuda mas nao e suficiente. Se juntarmos movimentos ( micro) e respiraçao, sentimo melhor e alguns até se conseguem divertir e predisporem se (sem saber) para fazerem as coisas acontecer.

Don't be afraid to try affirmations. You are simply retraining your brain. If it feels wierd to say them, record yourself saying them and then simply listen to that!
