This website is a great tool for figuring out what exactly is cause the stress, and then once you figure that out, it also helps on figuring out what the right way to deal with the stress is for you.

This is a great (and funny) article, written by a college student, on how to eat healthy while in college. What really stuck with me is that it is nearly impossible to eat perfectly on a college budget (and schedule) but you cannot obsess over it (leave that to your school work). But instead you have to have the mind set of "doing the best you can." This will help so that I am not constantly obsessing over whether or not I ate perfectly. It also gave tips on how to eat healthy while on the meal plans (which I will be) because it is hard to find healthy food on campus. It is definetly a great article and something that I will be looking at again next year to remind myself what exaclty I should be doing.

After reading "a college guide to eating healthy" I looked at more articles on this blog. It is a great resource and has tons of advice from a college (or just out of college) student on how to live a healthy life style while still being able to have a life in college. It is a very hard balance and is something that most college students struggle with (freshman 15!) but with this blog it breaks down the over whelming amopunt of information and puts it in words that college students can actually understand and relate to (as opposed to news paper articles that are dry and boring). It gives advice on eating healthy and exercising, as well as all the other overwhelming and stressful events that happen as you make that transition from highschool to college. This is something that I will use as a resource in my future and is something that I will look for when I need advice.
