This article written by journalist Lori Zimmer for 'inhabitat', a webblog on the latest advances in technology and how they can allow for a sustainable future, is about plans the European Space Agency has made in conjuction with architecture company Foster + Partners to use 3D Printing on the moon to establish a permanent moon base. This article is written with information sourced directly from the ESA and so is guarenteed to be reliable. This is an excellent example of upcoming innovations and advances in the field of 3D Printing. The viability of this project is still being tested and so it is only a potential advancement even though the ESA seems to be confident it is viable, but I will still include it in my paper.
