Sigh.  We can understand an emotional response from the family, but the councillor's outburst is pretty unhelpful.  Another reminder (as if if we need one) of the need for increased awareness of the actual risks from needle stick injuries.

This might be a good idea but it wont stop people because they arent aware of what they have done and even if they see it they probabally arent too worried about other peoples opinoins because they got so drunk they are in hospital, facebook and other types of social media have shamed people for ages and we have learnt not to care. In a teenager the brain isnt developed and dont get the ques that an adult gets to say stop drinking
