I don't see any reason for the teachers to be upset about taking a drug test.  However at the same time I don't think it's fair to just spring a drug test on them randomly.  I get that drugs are a big problem all across the world, and England is trying to put a stop to it in thier country, but doing a random drug test isn't the way to go.  On the other hand the teachers getting offending and not wanting to take the test makes it seem like they have something to hide.

When 1,038 people aged between 18 and 34 were questioned 52% of them admitted that they had suffered physical harm of some sort "as a result of drinking too much or partying too hard".
