Cada 9 de mayo se celebra "El día de Europa". Se celebra porque ese mismo día en 1950 nació Europa muy importante porque casi había amenaza de la 3ª guerra mundial. Muchos países decidieron unirse democráticamente a la Unión Europea para defender la paz y la solidaridad entre los pueblos. 
María Jesús García San Martín presenta "El Perchero 'Blow' en su web sobre "Blog de TIC en Lenguas Extranjeras" dentro de la red del INTEF (anteriormente ITE) ... “¿Cómo pretendemos cambiar la educación hoy día?”- fue el mayor interrogante que divagaba por mi mente cuando decidí darle el nacimiento a “El Perchero Blow”. Surgió en el 2009 a raíz de emprender distintas tareas colaborativas con distintos hermanamientos europeos entre centros escolares con eTwinning.

Con motivo de la celebración del "Día Internacional del Agua", hemos realizado en clase un proyecto integrado semanal mediante experimentos en las distintas áreas de 1º de Primaria. Ha sido muy emocionante para nuestro pequeño alumnado ver las distintas reacciones del agua ante distintas situaciones en cada experimento. El entusiasmo y la participación ha sido muy alto gracias a la motivación que ha generado el proyecto. 
'Los bloques temáticos' ofrecen recursos digitales de aplicación en el aula, así como otros materiales disponibles en formato papel. Incluyen además las Secuencias Didácticas y las actividades de Portfolio publicadas por la Consejería de Educación de la Junta de Andalucía.
