Olive oil, nuts, avocados-all great sources of healthy fats.  Why would you want to go to the local burger joint?  Try this, eat a healthy diet based on the above study for a few weeks.  Then try a fast food meal-your body will revolt and you are likely to not want to do it again because you feel so bad.
