  • Do I have the courage to try something completely outside of my comfort level?
  • Do I have the courage to be completely open?
  • Do I have the courage to throw away bad code I created, even late in development?
  • Do I have the courage to allow my direct reports to ‘self-organize?
  • Do I have the courage to become less command-and-control and more collaborative?
  • Do I have the courage to give up my cubicle, and a bit of my privacy?
  • Do I have the courage to say I’m scared how this new way of working will impact me?
  • Do I have the courage to ask for help from someone junior to me?
