Everyone wants to solve digital media's viewability problem, but no one can agree on how (or, in some cases, what the problem actually is).
havas programmatic expert's insight:

viewability is the biggest concern of media exacs (at least in the USA) for the following reasons :

- ads aren't viewed by users..therefore not clicked, and no leads generated..and no awareness created through those imps

- it affects video all the more and video is the (next) area of growth for programmatic

- solutions in place do not guarantee 100 % viewability

- behing non viewed impressions you often have fraudsters..
